Who can use Vesper
Vesper is for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18.
What Vesper is, and is not
Astrology, numerology, palmistry and the oracle are offered for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not scientific and do not predict events. Nothing on Vesper is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice, and Confidence Studio and Social Orbit are not therapy. Do not make important decisions on the basis of Vesper alone. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact your local emergency number or a helpline.
Your content
What you write in Vesper (journal entries, notes, questions) belongs to you. You are responsible for the birth details you enter for other people; only enter them with their knowledge.
Fair use
Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break it, overload it, copy its content in bulk, or access other people's accounts.
Content and intellectual property
The texts, oracle art, design and code of Vesper are original and protected by copyright. Third-party data and libraries are used under their licences, listed on the About page.
Availability
Vesper is free and provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep a copy of anything important you write (you can download your data from the Me page).
Accounts
You can stop using Vesper and delete your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vesper is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
