In simple words
A transit is where a planet is in the sky now, compared with your birth chart. Here, today's Mercury makes a trine (120°) to the spot where your rising sign was when you were born.
It is an easy, flowing time, and it lasts a day or two (longer when it is retrograde). Your Today page tells you when it is happening for you.

About the trine
A trine joins two planets one hundred and twenty degrees apart, usually in the same element. Their energies flow together smoothly. Trines show natural talents and areas of life that feel easy. The only risk is taking them for granted; a gift used on purpose becomes a strength.
