In simple words
Tula is the Vedic name for the sign Libra. It is ruled by Venus and is movable (a starter).
If your Moon was in Tula, read "As your Moon sign". If Tula was rising when you were born, read "As your lagna". Your chart page in Vedic mode shows both.
As your Moon sign
With the Moon in Tula, you seek harmony and feel unsettled by conflict. You weigh options carefully and care deeply about fairness. Relationships and beauty play a large part in your emotional life.
As your lagna (rising sign)
With Tula rising, you appear graceful, diplomatic and pleasant. Partnerships and negotiation often shape your path. Making decisions with confidence is an important skill to develop.
Growing with Tula
Practise choosing without waiting for perfect balance. Fairness includes your own needs.
Vedic signs are measured from the stars (the sidereal zodiac), about 24° behind the Western ones. That is why many people's Vedic sign is one sign earlier than their Western sign.
